Title: Retail Associate
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for generating revenue by conducting sales transactions with guests at various retail stores and carts

Provide excellent guest service and interacting positively with guests in a friendly and courteous manner

Promoting and up selling of merchandise to generate additional revenue.

Handle cash register
-
Maintain accurate stock control, merchandise display and stocks replenishment.

Ensure consistent good housekeeping standards

2. Job Knowledge

Operate and perform all Point-Of-Sales (POS) functions in an accurate and timely manner

Collect different mode of payments (cash, nets, credit cards, vouchers etc)

Possess good knowledge of simple mathematics calculations

Perform receiving of stocks accurately and in an orderly manner

Perform replenishment of stocks in a timely manner
-
Perform stock count or cycle count on an ad-hoc basis
-
Work in both indoor and outdoor environment including operations of the retail carts

Work rotating shifts (morning or afternoon shift), weekends and public holidays

Requirements:
1. Essential:

Secondary Education or equivalent

Ability to communicate in English to the understanding of employees, Management, co-workers and guests

Ability to provide legible communication
