Job Responsibilities

  1. Security Surveillance and Response: Responsible to proactively monitor and patrol resort properties and critical installations, respond to any untoward incident according to the approved procedures.

 

  1. Operational Support: Responsible to monitor the security command centre and respond to emergencies.

 

  1. Customer Service and Professionalism: Responsible to maintain a professional demeanour, deliver excellent customer service and provide responsible gaming advice to patrons in accordance with regulatory guidelines and SOPs.

 

  1. Security Supervision and Enforcement: Responsible to monitor casino entry and exit points to verify patron eligibility and conduct random checks as required.

 

  1. Compliance: Responsible to ensure compliance with governmental legislation and to enforce casino regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including responsible gambling practices.

 

  1. Additional Duties: Responsible to escort or carry valuables as required, including chips, high-valued items, cash, and documentation and perform other tasks within the resort as directed, including Special Employee License tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirements of minimum 21 years of age.
  2. Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or an equivalent qualification.
  3. Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  4. Ensure and maintain customer service standards & uphold professionalism.
  5. Good team player
  6. Possess a valid Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) license.
