Title: Security Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Security Surveillance and Response: Responsible to proactively monitor and patrol resort properties and critical installations, respond to any untoward incident according to the approved procedures.
- Operational Support: Responsible to monitor the security command centre and respond to emergencies.
- Customer Service and Professionalism: Responsible to maintain a professional demeanour, deliver excellent customer service and provide responsible gaming advice to patrons in accordance with regulatory guidelines and SOPs.
- Security Supervision and Enforcement: Responsible to monitor casino entry and exit points to verify patron eligibility and conduct random checks as required.
- Compliance: Responsible to ensure compliance with governmental legislation and to enforce casino regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including responsible gambling practices.
- Additional Duties: Responsible to escort or carry valuables as required, including chips, high-valued items, cash, and documentation and perform other tasks within the resort as directed, including Special Employee License tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
- Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirements of minimum 21 years of age.
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or an equivalent qualification.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ensure and maintain customer service standards & uphold professionalism.
- Good team player
- Possess a valid Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) license.
