Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Executive / Senior Executive, to join our dynamic team to support the development, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation and benefits programs.  This team is responsible for all aspects of performance management, compensation and benefits programs within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual review process for salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to benchmark against the market. 
  • Manage and update job catalog and job codes.  
  • Support the delivery of Benefits activities, for example annual insurance renewals.
  • Assist in the preparation of compensation and benefit data for analysis and reporting. 
  • Support the analysis of compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience in a large in a large business organization. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply

  • Strong numerical and excel skills required. 

  • Detail oriented, meticulous and able to work independently and takes initiative.

  • Functions well in ambiguity and fast-paced environment.

  • Possess resilience, tenacity and work well under pressure.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR field.

  • Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills.

  •  IHRP certification is a plus.
