Job Responsibilities

(Paid Media)

  • Be responsible for development, management, and optimisation of all paid media such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, and paid social campaigns
  • Implementation of A/B testing tactics to maximise the impact of paid performance activity
  • Performing keyword and audience-specific analyses and helping to optimise to the most efficient targeting combinations
  • Familiar with Google creative studio to run and implement multiple creatives for a single campaign
  • Work with media agency to generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and develop keyword lists
  • Leverage insights from analytics platform to make changes to paid search campaigns
  • Generate weekly reporting and recommend optimisations required
  • Maintain records of creative assets and internal documents that track proposals and campaign execution
  • Manage campaign budgets and administration of invoices
  • Work closely with the wider digital team and Product Managers

(Social Media)

  • Work with the social media team to develop campaign strategies and plan content calendars for owned channels across the Resort World Sentosa non-gaming business.
  • Work with internal teams to create for, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with influencers/KOLs to craft and execute effective social media campaigns.
  • Cover events to post content on owned channels.
  • Develop media plans for boosting content.
  • Regularly report on metrics for social media content performance.

(Content Producer)

  • Create multimedia (audio/video/photo) content for internal and external use on all our marketing platforms.

Pre-production

  • Conceptualize and propose fresh and creative video ideas for improved engagement alongside the social media team
  • Script, and storyboard to form a clear narrative for content ideas
  • Manage production schedule, timelines, arrange props, logistics, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

Production

  • Art-direct and execute videography/photography shoot.

Post-production

  • Edit projects using available footages, stock visuals, audio, and effects
  • Organise systematic archives and backups

 

  • Perform other production-related duties not limited to organisational projects and initiatives as assigned and when required.
  • Work independently or collaboratively with other content producers and creative team members, as well as part of the social media team to establish project deliverables.

Job Requirements

(Paid Media)

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum four to five years of experience working in Marketing, A&P, Marketing Communications in Tourism/Hospitality industry
  • Strong working knowledge in paid media, channels including paid search, paid social and display. Hands on experience in these areas alongside managing platforms
  • Google Ads, Display and Search accreditation and experience will be an advantage
  • Good with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • An active interest in everything digital and industry trends
  • Good pulse on new media trends especially the fast-evolving digital and social media
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English language
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and people skills

(Social Media)

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum three years working experience in social media marketing.
  • Understand the role of social media marketing in relation to audience segments for non-gaming business units at Resorts World Sentosa.
  • Able to identify how social media can support other marketing channels within overall marketing plans to create aligned content.
  • In a team, be able to articulate ideas, craft storyboards, express requirements for photo and video shoots, and describe post-editing outcomes clearly.
  • Seek out and manage influencers/KOLs to meet desired marketing outcomes.
  • Craft, edit and write and publish social media content.
  • May need to work after-hours and on weekends / as and when required.
  • Aware of current trends in social media content across APAC region.
  • Good interpersonal skills and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to manage projects (timeline, resources, budget) well and understands the need for urgency and tight deadlines. Agency experience will be useful.

(Content Producer)

  • Diploma/Degree in Media/Communications, or equivalent work experience in video or film production.
  • Familiarity with operating professional cameras, lighting & audio gear, and support equipment.
  • Creative, good eye for aesthetic standards and meticulous.
  • Post-production includes digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative applications (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom).
  • Able to prioritise, multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous about the details, ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables prior to submission.
  • Always looking at the latest social media trends.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
  • Knowledge and experience in motion graphics is a plus.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment and/or hospitality or tourism industry will be a plus.
  • Must be willing to work irregular hours, weekends and public holidays adhering to content production schedule
