Title: Senior Executive, HR Business Partner
Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to acquire the best talents to meet business needs.
- Implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment.
- Provide HR advisory services to Business Units (BUs) to meet business goals.
- Support business strategy implementation (manpower strategies, talent development programs, operational requirements etc).
- Manage full spectrum of HR operational matters, including onboarding, transfers, appointments, re-employment, contract renewals, disciplinary matters, performance management, and offboarding.
- Manage and provide guidance and coaching to managers and team members.
- Manage team member engagement and relations.
- Implement HR solutions and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
- Participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR or business-related discipline with 2 to 3 years of experience in hiring and business partnering.
- Confident and articulate, with good people management and judgement abilities.
- Able to think on the feet and provide appropriate HR advice and solutions.
- High energy and drive to manage high volume and dynamic ground issues.
- Meticulous, organised and analytical.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
