Job Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and visually appealing social media content, including posts, stories, and multimedia, that showcase the hotel's offerings, services, and experiences.
  • Maintain and update various social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, accurate information, and timely responses to comments and messages.
  • Interact with followers, responding to comments and inquiries, fostering a sense of community, and leveraging engagement opportunities to promote the hotel's amenities.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase engagement, attract new customers, and drive bookings.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics, track user engagement, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Communication Studies
  • Strong understanding of popular social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to create compelling visual and written content that resonates with the hotel's target audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with online audiences effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain consistent branding and accurate information.
  • Possess the drive for excellence and self-motivation to work independently in a highly dynamic environment
