Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of hotel marketing strategies, including packages and promotional activities.
  • Support the coordination of content development and deployment across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies and social media plans across all relevant platforms, staying updated on emerging trends and industry insights.
  • Collaborate on the production of sales and marketing materials, assisting in the creation of eDMs, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Provide support for marketing campaigns with accurate and engaging content across digital and print platforms, optimizing reach and impact.
  • Assist in the coordination of hotel photoshoots and videoshoots, including promotions and special events, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in cultivating and managing marketing partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand positioning and reach strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of hotel collateral, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in communication.
  • Support the coordination with suppliers, printers, and designers, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Assist in conducting competitive research to identify market trends and opportunities for optimization, contributing to the continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality, hotels, marketing, or advertising industry.
  • Independent, results-oriented creative thinker.
  • Able to operate within tight deadlines under high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent time management; high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English and Mandarin to support target market audience).
  • Confident and flexible to work with various stakeholders, understanding business unit objectives, audience, and required support.
