Job Scope


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive office’s operations.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, distributing materials and minutes-taking. 
  • Follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring completion and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring timely responses.
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant topics, industry trends and gather information to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Management or a related field with minimally 2 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
