Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Architecture/Design Management (Contract 3+3 Years)
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to be part of our RWS2.0 Transformation team. This team member will assist with the coordination of presentation materials to the management team and contribute to meeting project timelines and milestones under the Design Management Team.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Conduct project research and feasibility studies.
- Support the Design Management team feasibility studies for space planning and massing studies to understand the development potential in both AutoCAD and Sketchup.
- Able to provide basic photoshop renderings for internal visualizations, testing of sketches.
- Provide support to the project implementation team in preparing RFPs, tender, and award recommendation.
- Work closely with the Design Management team on payment evaluations, responses and document control.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Building/Design/Interior Design/Architecture preferred.
- Minimum 3 years work experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships across departments and teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly adaptable and flexible in working within a fluid and dynamic organization.
- Able to multitask and prioritize with attention to detail.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sketchup and AutoCAD.
- BIM capable is a plus.
- Significant tact and integrity, to manage the sensitive nature of information that the role will involve.
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting.
- Prior experience in a developer or client setting is advantageous.
