Title: Senior Executive/Executive, Procurement (IT)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing and category management activities for indirect services categories.
- Manage and lead procurement activities for materials, equipment, services and supplies from vendors.
- Lead the competitive sourcing process, initiation of RFI/RFQ/RFP, negotiation of commercial terms, preparation of analysis and recommendation of award.
- Execute all contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure that they are dealt with effectively and within reasonable timeframe and in accordance with management’s decision
Job Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of procurement experience; prior experience in managing indirect services is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, consistently meeting stringent deadlines and key performance indicators.
- Strong adaptability to diverse cultures and an in-depth understanding of how these influence business requirements for various stakeholders.
- Proven capability in facilitating brainstorming sessions to elicit technical requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, along with expertise in business acumen and contract drafting.
- A proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, upholding the highest standards of integrity and business ethics.
