Title: Senior HRIS Manager (SuccessFactors)
Job Summary
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in our HR digitalization transformation. As the subject matter expert, the incumbent will identify opportunities for digitalization and drive the implementation and management of HR systems effectively and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a key resource for HR systems selection, implementation and deployment of new functionality
- Identify efficiencies through automation in the areas of HR processes, integrations, and data loads
- Lead the team in partnering with HR functional areas on system related process optimization and automation.
- Work with vendors on opportunities to extend and optimize HRIS usage
- Lead the team in managing HR systems support & administration, including day-to-day issue resolution and ensure delivery of high-quality service to end users
- Drive data integrity within HR systems and with other integrated systems; develop audit, research, and resolution processes
- Facilitate systems training and communication; partner with other team members to review training and change management needs in all projects
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in HRIS
- Functional experience in SuccessFactors system and use of AI technologies will be advantageous
- Strong practical experience in HR processes and ability to translate business needs to system solutions
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills across HR and business
