Title: Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing Communications
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all writing and editing including press releases, speeches, internal communications, online communications and other related documents
- Responsible for fostering good media relations resulting in positive press coverage for the resort and its offerings
- Manage agency contracts (specifically PR agency) and department budget planning/allocation
- Responsible for working with PR agency and the resort’s various business units to generate publicity for the resort’s various attractions, hotel, F&B, MICE and other events etc
- Develop corporate and crisis communication strategies and messaging to promote, protect and manage the company’s reputation. Anticipate potential issues and create communication plans for risk mitigation.
- Monitoring and analysing media coverage and key industry developments, drawing insights to improve communications efforts and addressing any negative publicity.
- Budget tracking, reporting and other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in journalism or PR and communications Excellent writing and communications skills are crucial
- Excellent media and publisher contacts
- Familiarity with corporate governance and CSR communication strategies
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous and good with detail
