Job Responsibilities


  1. To lead, define and drive the Credit Risk Evaluation process – in the execution of the tasks of providing independent credit assessments on credit approved which covers the following areas:
      1. Credit assessment & reviews;
      2. Timeliness of credit assessment;
      3. Proper credit approval which complies with all credit policies and procedures;
      4. Adequacy of documentation;
      5. Credit limits granted are within the acceptable risk guidelines;
  2. To prepare any necessary reports for Casino Marketing and Casino Credit Committee (CCC) to monitor and review the utilization of credit limit;
  3. Ensure the management reports (daily, weekly or monthly); Outstanding Receivables and Collection reports are completed & delivered on time;
  4. To monitor and liaise with Legal and Casino Marketing departments for collection strategies & ensuring litigation action is taken against delinquent borrowers in accordance to the company's policies and operational procedures;
  5. Prepare documentation and analysis for payment in kind proposals for CCC consideration; and
  6. Follow up on collection efforts for those debtors assigned to debt collector and/or legal process.
  7. Other assignments as directed by Management

Job Requirements


  • Meet GRA's statutory requirement of min 21 years of age
  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Accounting or related fields
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, high volumes and highly dynamic environment
  • Minimum 5 years experience in credit and collection 
  • Minimum 3 years in supervisory / team management position
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office application
