Title:  Senior Manager / Manager, Sustainability (Technical)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee / support and monitor sustainability initiatives / decarbonization projects relevant to Energy / Water / Waste, such as cooling system optimization, BMS enhancement, waste recycling, etc., as well as communicate across the organization and conduct regular stakeholder engagement meetings to ensure objectives are met.
• Develop sustainability policy, strategy, priorities and set goals / KPIs in consultation with management and stakeholders.
• Research and benchmark latest ESG / sustainability trends and recommended integration into corporate objectives and business operations.
• Effectively communicate and raise awareness on sustainability through engagement and outreach programs.
• Support the wider Sustainability team on other areas of work, where required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability / Environmental / Engineering related discipline or with at least 5-8 years of facilities management, green building or sustainability relevant experience.
• Good project management and coordination skills to manage multiple projects.
• Good interpersonal skills and communicator with ability to influence external and internal multiple cross-functional stakeholders and able to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in delivering sustainability strategies and improvement programs in large scale and diverse new development and / or existing property operations.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, resourcefulness, and initiative.
