Title: Senior Technical Specialist, Facilities Management & Engineering (Attractions)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day work order rectification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of all building/facilities equipment and systems
- Supervise contractors in alterations, construction, renovations, installations and repairing of equipment and systems
- Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities
- Perform work related duties or tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
- Perform tasks or duties consistent with the established safety rules and procedures
Job Requirements
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in electrical or mechanical related discipline or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute
- Relevant experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management operation & maintenance environment would be advantageous (candidates without experience are welcome to apply)
- Must be able to perform rotating shift duties on weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Able to work independently at site and interface well with users
- Potential to lead teams and manage external vendors
- Possesses good attitude and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
