Title:  Senior Technical Specialist, Facilities Management & Engineering (Attractions)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day work order rectification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of all building/facilities equipment and systems 
• Supervise contractors in alterations, construction, renovations, installations and repairing of equipment and systems
• Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities
• Perform work related duties or tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
• Perform tasks or duties consistent with the established safety rules and procedures

Job Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in electrical or mechanical related discipline or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute
• Relevant experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management operation & maintenance environment would be advantageous (candidates without experience are welcome to apply)
• Must be able to perform rotating shift duties on weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work independently at site and interface well with users
• Potential to lead teams and manage external vendors
• Possesses good attitude and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
