Title:  Supervisor, Security

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Assistant Manager and above of Security Operations in monitoring, supervising and deployments to ensure that they are done effectively at all times.
   
2. Patrol and monitor resort properties / critical intsalledations proactively and to attend to any untoward incident according to the approved procedures.
   
3. Ensure and maintain the customer service standards.
   
4. Control, contain, and / or neutralize any robbery, criminal hostage or criminal attack within property, according to the approved procedures.
   
5. Act as the casino’s Responsible Gaming Ambassador and provide advice to the patrons according to the regulator’s expectations and the resorts’ SOPs.
   
6. Manage, train and conduct audits for the outsourced security to ensure compliance and knowledge efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Meet Casino Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum GCE `N' level
• Able to perform shifts including weekends & public holidays
• Must possess a valid PLRD Security License and Security Training Course or equivalent certificate.
• High level of initiative, independent, meticulous and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
